You get the output of a senior team at the overhead of one person. The launch price is lower still because I'm building my UK portfolio and your project — and your recommendation — is worth more to me than the margin.

Your domain (~£10–15 a year, paid to the registrar, not to me) — that's it. Hosting runs on a professional free tier which I set up in your name. No monthly fees, no maintenance contracts.
Small tweaks are free for the first 30 days. After that, minor updates are a small fixed fee, and bigger jobs (new pages, online booking, a shop) are quoted upfront — you'll always know the price before I start.
